Instructions:

Lightly brush pineapple pieces with oil, then place on a hot grill.Cook pineapple slices for about 15 minutes (or until soft and charred), flipping halfway through. Remove and allow to cool to room temperature and chop.In a large bowl combine the chopped pineapple, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, jalapeno pepper and mix together.Add salt to taste.If time permits, allow the salsa to sit at least 15 minutes before serving for the flavors to blend.Serve with Milton’s Gluten Free Sea Salt Crackers and enjoy!
