Indian Greek yogurt is a thick and creamy treat. The flavor is tart and refreshing. Straining a portion of the whey will result in an even thicker texture! CHILD APPROVED!! We lightly scented her pot of Indian Greek yogurt with vanilla paste and goldenrod honey, as she said she wanted “fancy yogurt today.” Okay then. We did not strain the whey out so that it’d be a little thinner and almost drinkable. She tasted her pot, gave us a dreamy look and said, “lovely,” then gobbled the rest up. When she was done, she asked if there was more to make into frozen yogurt for her. There was, and so we shook the little penguin ice cream maker as she sang a made up penguin song.
